1. About Our Text Messages
Stuckey Injury Law LLC sends text messages to our clients and to individuals who contact our office about a potential case. Messages relate to your inquiry or your legal matter and may include returning your call, scheduling and confirming appointments, follow-up questions, requests for documents or information, and updates on your case. We do not send mass marketing or promotional text message campaigns.
2. How You Opt In
You may consent to receive text messages from us by:
- Providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text when you speak with our office, in person, by phone, or in writing;
- Checking the text message consent box on a form on our website; or
- Sending a text message to our office number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring our firm or of receiving any legal service. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or are authorized to consent on the subscriber’s behalf.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry or the status of your matter. These are individual, conversational messages rather than a recurring message program.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further text messages to that number. We may still contact you by phone, email, or mail. To opt back in, text us again or let our office know.
6. How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any text message from us, call our office at 303-458-5000, or email firm@stuckeyinjurylaw.com.
7. Delivery and Carriers
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or devices.
8. Privacy
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.stuckeyinjurylaw.com/privacy-policy/ for full details on how we handle your information.
9. No Attorney-Client Relationship; Confidentiality
Sending or receiving a text message with our office does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Text messages are not a secure form of communication. Please do not send sensitive, confidential, or time-sensitive information by text message, and do not use text messaging for emergencies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
